Boyne Mountain has 5 snow tubing lanes and a lift. Tubing rates vary as you can snow tube for one hour, two hours or the entire day. All participants must be 5 years or older. Boyne Mountain offers other winter activities including skiing, ice skating and snowshoeing.

Five Pines offers affordable snow tubing. At $8 per day, this rate is cheaper than what most tubing parks would charge for one hour. The snow tubing hill features 5 lanes that are 400 feet long. Other features include snow making capabilities and lighting so tubing doesn’t have to end once it gets dark. Children ages 5 and under are free but they must ride with an adult on their lap. Only open on the weekends. Five Pines offers other winter activities including cross country skiing.

Hawk Island Snow Tubing Hill
Open 7 days a week during the season, Hawk Island has a snow tubing hill and lift. Tubing sessions are two hours long. Be prepared for a vehicle entrance fee in addition to the snow tubing fee. A ski/snowboarding hill is also offered at Hawk Island.

Mt. Holiday is a non-profit youth oriented organization that offers snow tubing Tuesday through Sunday. Snow tubing is offered in either one or two hour sessions. Mt. Holiday has other winter activities such as skiing.

Mt. Zion Recreational Complex
As part of Gogebic Community College, the Mt. Zion tubing hill has three lanes and a lift that will take you back up the hill for more tubing. Sessions are two hours long and cost $18 per person.

You can choose from two snow tubing areas at Ski Brule. The first is the Whitewater Snow Tubing Park which features a tow that will take you back up the hill. Five snow tubing runs will cost you $5. On Sunday, if you have purchased a skiing or snowboarding ticket you can have 3 free snow tubing runs. Typically open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the season.
The second area is Homestead Snow Tubing. This is the traditional snow tubing experience since you have to walk back up the hill. Unlimited tubing costs $4. Typically open Thursday and Saturday nights during the season.

Sundance Slopes Snow Tubing – Double JJ Resort
Sundance Slopes feature a 660 foot snow tubing run. A tow lift will bring you back up the hill. You will have to purchase a day pass in order to snow tube. Children 3 and under can tube for free. Snow tubing season passes are also available for $39.95/person or $149.95 for the entire family (up to 4 people).

Timberlee Hills is the largest tubing hill in Michigan. With no set tubing lanes, Timberlee Hills is a tubing hill in the purest sense. Their tow will quickly take you back up the hill. Single and double tubes are available. There are no height restrictions and tubing is offered in one or two hour sessions.
